"The Secret Garden" - many Dundonians don't even know that Dundee, and the West End in particular, has its own 20 acre Botanic Garden, founded in 1971.

Neil Paterson, Education Officer, will lead a free guided walk of the Garden and glasshouses, introducing the Garden and its history and purpose, as well as some of the thousands of amazing and beautiful plants and their adaptations. We'll tour the world from the Mediterranean to Australasia and see the rainforests and dry deserts.

This event is free but please pre-book (telephone 01382 381190).

On Wednesday 23 June you can enjoy a whole day free of charge to wander and reflect in this oasis of peace.
