Art Events

WestFest will be home to a variety of art exhibitions, workshops and competitions.

Current plans include:

  • a large exhibition of nationally famous local artists
  • individual art exhibitions in pubs, restaraunts and church halls
  • art / crafts marts or open studio evenings along street railings, Seabraes, parks etc.
  • installation art at several West End sites
  • involvement with the 9 trades project presently being organised by Duncan of Jordanstone School of Art
  • workshops for children and adults
  • art competitions done in collaboration with local schools
